Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort Internal Communication Report
Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort relies on consistent and coherent information to provide the best experiences for their guests. I conducted several qualitative and quantitative surveys via interviews and Google forms to discover their primary methods of communication. Interviews and surveys came from “C” level management, middle management, and guest services employees. Using the data accumulated from the target research, I developed optimized forms of internal communication to better enhance the guests’ experience.
